M and W Heating and Air did a fantastic job installing our new unit. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They showed up on time, explained the entire process clearly, and made sure everything was installed properly and working perfectly before they left.The workmanship was top-notch, and they left the area clean and tidywhich we really appreciated. Its clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the results.

Mark and his technicians were on time and did a very good and careful job installing my new Bryant Evolution HVAC system for the main floor of my homeThe system is just as good as they said it would be . Tony and his team at M&W Heating and Air are AMAZING!! They were so quick to address our issues. They were knowledgeable on my old HVAC unit and were reasonable priced. This is the 3rd time I have used this company (not all on the same property :) and they have done amazing all 3 times. If you need a GOOD HVAC company give M&W a call.

Most of the time people write reviews when they have had problems. I had problems but M & W gave their all to make it right. First of all my furnace died the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Even though they were booked up, they had an installation crew here by that Wednesday. Every member of this organization is friendly and professional. We had problems though. The unit kept shutting down. I called all hours of the night and weekend and a professional came to my home. This was a persistent problem. I had to call them multiple times. I was a network engineer for a while and I understand how sometimes it takes a while to figure out the solution. After 5 or 6 trips to my house, they resolved the issue. One of the owners, Mark came the last 3 times himself. Even though the problem was resolved, z mark said that he didnt trust the unit and would have a new unit installed today. I will always call and trust this company with my HVAC needs from now on.

I sit here in my living room, the air isn't as cool as it should be. My first response was to put my head in my hand, wondering what am I going to do. As a born again Christian, the Holy Spirit says to call M&W. They have repaired my heating until a couple times. I wouldn't call anyone else for my air. Bubba was the man for that job, with the MOST reasonable price I'm sure.

In last months I was treated to the hard working duo of Austin Richards and Bobby McCranie. Both being hard working and very knowledgeable about what they were doing to keep me in air conditioned office. Pleasant to work with, very well mannered and extremely knowledgeable about their position with M & W Heating in Air. It was truly a treat to treated as they treated me and deserve to have a raise. I really was very impressed by their manners and the knowledge of what field they have chosen---Heating and Air Condition. Thank you so very much to both of these young men.

Amazing company. My wife and I decided to upgrade our system, and we called M&W. They sent the "HVAC whisper" Austin out. To no fault of his on, the upgrade piece was received from the distributor with missing parts. Austin could have, just walked off the job and returned later, instead he serviced our unit, vacuumed up the catch tray, and inspected everything. As we do not have a brand new unit and ours has been working particularly hard over the summer, problems arise with age. Austin and M&W could have easily made an additional $500 for our family; however, when Austin returned with the correct parts, he tracked down one loose wire, corrected the issue, and did all of this at no additional charge. I am not one who enjoys crawling into an attic at 130+ degrees, but I appreciate those who do. I also appreciate thorough customer service and skilled expertise, as this seems to be a dying art in our country. What I appreciate more is Austin's and M&W's care and honesty in looking after my family. Excellent job Austin, and M&W continues to be our go-to HVAC company.

Record setting heat & a/c goes out. Mark quickly gets us going with a new unit. Very reasonable price & excellent service. Will definitely use again.

Our unit stopped cooling last Friday around noon and it was very hot outside . I called and Adam arrived around 5:00pm and quickly diagnosed the problem as a start capacitor. He replaced the faulty item and got us cool again. All for a very reasonable price.

From making the call & speaking w/receptionist to the technician all friendly & fast service. Dependable, trustworthy & cleanliness. Have used them on several occasions & lots of family members rely on M&W also. Supporting Local.
